HR Leader of the Year Nomination Form - 2026

     

    t’s time to shine a spotlight on Montana’s exceptional HR leaders!

    We are excited to invite you to submit nominations for the MT HR Leader of the Year 2026. This prestigious award celebrates HR professionals who have made a meaningful impact in our profession and in the Montana SHRM community.

    The winner will be announced during the 2026 Montana SHRM Conference, April 29 – May 1, 2026, in Missoula under the inspiring theme:
    “HeaR me Out…"

    How to Submit Your Nomination:

    1. Download the 2026 nomination form or fill out the webform below.
    2. Complete the form describing the nominee’s accomplishments in 500 words or less based on the criteria below. You can access the submission form here or fill out the webform below.
    3. Submit your nomination to MT SHRM Workforce Development Director, Anna Kazmierowski, by 5 p.m. on Monday, March 2nd (SECOND of March) 2026, via email at anna@a2zmontana.com
    4. Feel free to submit as many eligible nominations as you’d like—there’s no limit.

    What We’re Looking For:

    Nominees will be evaluated on:

    • Leadership in developing or implementing HR management programs.
    • Contributions to advancing the HR profession.
    • Participation in Montana SHRM activities, projects, and committees.
    • Overall dedication to the MT SHRM mission.

    What Happens Next?

    • Past HR Leader of the Year winners will vote on all nominations by April 12, 2026.

    • The winner will be announced and celebrated with an engraved trophy at the MT SHRM Conference in Missoula.
    • We’ll share the exciting news with newspapers (when hey respond!) and social media across Montana.
