    The People Side of Change The economy, new competition, regulations, quality work force, technology, client expectations, the Bakken Oil Boom? All of the above?  In a survey by the Conference Board, 539 global CEOs were asked to list their top concerns. In Europe, Asia, and North Americaorganizational flexibility and adaptability to change consistently ranked as the top challenge organizations face.  And every change has a “People Side.” See attached flier for more about this seminar.  HRCI Certification pending.

    Seminars Developed and Delivered by Jeri Mae Rowley, MS Human Resource Management   She has been invited to present in 25 states, Canada and the US Virgin Islands.  Her clients include an intriguing variety of industries: from the Federal Reserve to wildlife preserves, high tech to drill bit manufacturing, pet cemeteries to tropical  island resorts.  She delights audiences with her well-researched presentations, audience interaction, story telling skills and unique sense of humor.  For over 15 years Jeri Mae taught college business management, marketing, travel and human resource management courses.   She has received state and national recognition for her success as a leader and educator.  Currently, Jeri Mae is pursuing her Doctor of Education and researching Emotional Intelligence in Leadership.
